Rugby Grille hosts Schramsberg Vineyards for special wine dinner
WHAT: Renowned California-based Schramsberg Vineyards will bring their unique sparkling wines to the sophisticated Rugby Grille
for a special five-course wine dinner. Guests will experience different Schramsberg vintages with each course, including a 2004 Blanc de Blanc Brut paired with Rugby Grille's Hawaiian Tuna Sashimi and Schramberg's 1999 "J Schram" Brut paired with the veal dish Blanquette De Veau Avec Ris de Veau. For dessert, a tempting trio of desserts will be perfectly complemented by Schramsberg's 2004 "Cremant" Demi-Sec. Hugh Davies, owner and president of Schramsberg Vineyards, will be on hand as key principle of the evening.
