Group Rooms Coordinator

Michelle Navarre is the group room's coordinator and revenue manager for the Townsend Hotel. As a manager, she is responsible for booking group reservations and overseeing the placement, arrival and departure of groups that frequent The Townsend for events and conferences.

Prior to joining The Townsend, Navarre worked in Carefree, Ariz. at Carefree Resort and Villas, where she started in the management-training program and was quickly promoted to catering and conventions services manager. During her time with Carefree Resort and Villas, She was also highly involved with the resort and participated in numerous community events and activities. In recognition of her work, she was name employee of the month.

A graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in apparel, merchandising, design and marketing, Navarre resides in Commerce Township. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and sports.
