Steve Roth

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Roth is the CFO of The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Mich. As CFO, he is responsible for the management of accounts payable and receivable; development, introduction and maintenance of all technology hardware and software; and the production of monthly financial statements.

Prior to joining The Townsend Hotel, Roth spent five years as an accountant for Kleiman, Carney & Greenbaum, CPA. While at KCG, he handled The Townsend's year-end tax returns for two years before becoming the hotel's controller in 1999.

Roth is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and accountancy. After graduation, he spent four years in public accounting in Griffin, Ga. He returned to Michigan in 1994 and resides in Canton.
