• Overnight Valet - Daily rate of $24.00/day with in and out privileges.
• Metered Parking - Several metered parking spots surround the Townsend Hotel. Time limits and hours of operation vary and are posted on the meters.
• Deck Parking - Pierce Street Parking, a city-owned parking deck, is located right around the corner from the Townsend Hotel. The first 2 hours of parking are free. Every hour thereafter is billed at a rate of $1.00/hr, with a maximum daily rate of $13.00. (Parking in the Pierce Street Deck is free on Sundays).

1. Take I-94 East to the Southfield Freeway (M-39) North (5.7 mi)
2. Follow Southfield Freeway until it turns into Southfield Rd. (14.9 mi)
3. Head north on Southfield Rd. until it dead-ends at Maple (5.9 mi)
4. Turn Right on Maple (0.3 mi)
5. Follow 4 blocks to Pierce and turn Right (0.2 mi)
6. Follow 3 blocks to Townsend St. and turn right. The hotel will be directly on the right hand side (0.1 mi)
