• Overnight Valet - Daily rate of $24.00/day with in and out privileges.
• Metered Parking - Several metered parking spots surround the Townsend Hotel. Time limits and hours of operation vary and are posted on the meters.
• Deck Parking - Pierce Street Parking, a city-owned parking deck, is located right around the corner from the Townsend Hotel. The first 2 hours of parking are free. Every hour thereafter is billed at a rate of $1.00/hr, with a maximum daily rate of $13.00. (Parking in the Pierce Street Deck is free on Sundays).

1. Take I-94 East (towards Detroit)
2. To Southfield Freeway (Route #39) North
3. Southfield Freeway ends and turns into Southfield Road
4. Continue to Maple Road (15 Mile Road) turn right (East)
5. Continue four blocks east on Maple to Pierce
6. At Pierce turn right
7. Three blocks South to Townsend Street
8. Right on Townsend Street (Front of Hotel)
